Thank you for shopping at 404 Archive. We work with international fulfillment partners to bring you quality products at the best prices.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing and Shipping Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. After processing, shipping typically takes 15-30 business days for delivery to the United States.

Please note: Our products ship directly from our international fulfillment centers. Total delivery time from order placement to delivery is typically 17-35 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 5-7 days after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Tracking updates may be limited during international transit. If you have questions about your order status, contact us at support@404archive.shop.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.

Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount - check our homepage for current promotions.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order is placed, we cannot modify or change the shipping address as orders are processed immediately by our fulfillment centers.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

  • Holidays in origin or destination countries

While we provide estimated delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us about delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Contact us at support@404archive.shop within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Check around your delivery location for safe drop-off spots
  • Contact your local post office
  • If still not found, contact us at support@404archive.shop within 7 days of the delivery date

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@404archive.shop and we will investigate with our shipping partners.

PO Boxes

We cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
